The scarf has been prepared to paint

Today I drew in the design and I waxed it. I am now ready to paint it. The finished size is 30" x 30" and that is quite large to work on. I am really anxious to get started. I love the colors in the picture, they are so rich and deep. I hope I can get the look I am after. In the first picture I just put in a red, green color, not at all what I am after. I think this scarf will have a lot of color layers. I am off to bed, tomorrow is a big day but I am hoping I can paint for awhile.
