Lupines 3, Acrylic, 7" x 5", sold

Today's painting was done with Acylics and I thought I would tell you about the paints I use. They are Chroma Atelier Interactive Acrylics. These paints are made in Australia and I get them from Jerry's Artarama. These paints are different than the ordinary acrylics, these acrylics don't dry too quickly and you are able to blend as if you were using oils. I really love them and many of my friends don't even realize they are not oil. Hope you enjoy this little bit of information.

Thank you for mentioning the paint. I used to use oils for landscape paintings and am definitely interested in the acrylics you're using here. This is gorgeous! I have been inundated with work and unable to do much studio work, but that will end soon. If you want to know what I've been up to, please visit my design page: claudiamarchand.com. I've just updated it. I've been working for a museum! I will be in touch with new artwork asap. Best wishes for a lovely holiday weekend. ~Claudia

Jeanne,

I heard that you might be coming to see me soon, and I can't wait to catch up with you. I've missed you terribly! I have an idea, something for you to think about...
I love your paintings so much, and I'd love to buy one someday. Your florals especially, and this lupine acrylic in particular, are so lovely. I was wondering if you'd ever be interested in bartering with me? Trading services? You let me know next time I see you and I'll keep admiring your work here on your blog.

Best wishes, hope to see you soon!
