Remembering Georgia is a colored pencil and oil pastels drawing. I enjoy combining the colored pencils with the oil pastels. Prismacolor pencils are an oil based pencil and can be used with a little turpentine and of course oil pastels can also be thinned with turp. I take a small jar and put in some cotton balls and a little turp then when you dip your Prismacolor pencil into the jar you get a smooth and bright color.
